Redefining the Police
Developing an employer brand for a police force involved creating a compelling and authentic identity that would connect with both current and potential employees. The goal was to establish a brand that showcased the organisation’s dedication to community service, integrity, and professionalism while also capturing the diverse and dynamic nature of policing in the region. This process included designing a distinct employer brand identity and crafting messaging that highlighted the meaningful impact of a career in law enforcement. By incorporating elements that celebrated the unique aspects of working in policing, the new employer brand aimed to attract top talent and cultivate a strong sense of community, pride, and belonging.
