A leading transportation company required a refreshed employer brand to attract top talent and support its business transformation. The objective was to create a visual identity for its careers website and job advertising that would celebrate pride in the workplace and resonate deeply with both current and prospective employees.
The design emphasised the company’s strong industry position while ensuring adaptability across various channels. At the heart of the brand was the focus on people—positioning them as the central element. A striking black background was used to ensure employees stood out, reflecting the pride and professionalism they bring to their roles.
Complemented by a clean, professional visual identity with a strong, consistent colour palette and modern typography, the design communicated reliability, innovation, and a deep appreciation for the workforce. This cohesive branding was applied across the new careers website and a range of recruitment materials, creating an inspiring and engaging experience for job seekers.
