The Spirit of Andrews

Andrews, a leading estate agent in the South West of England, needed an employer brand to support their new careers website and job advertising. The project focused on developing a distinctive visual identity that would attract top talent and reflect Andrews' reputation for excellence in the property market.

The design approach combined a professional and approachable aesthetic with modern typography and a cohesive colour palette, ensuring the brand appeals to both potential and current employees. This new identity was applied across the careers website and job advertisements, creating a unified and engaging recruitment experience.

A Day of Spirit

A dynamic 'day in the life' video was created, using a mix of animation and live-action footage. The films offer candidates an engaging and insightful look into the roles within estate agency and lettings, helping them better understand the day-to-day responsibilities and opportunities in the field.
